Job Description
Provide high level of productivity, creativity, accuracy and strategic thinking
Stay current on industry software and research new technology
BS or BA in related field or equivalent experience
A minimum of 3 years of POP graphic design experience
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Creativity and a passion for innovative thinking
Proficiency in FormZ, Strata or other comparable 3D modeling application
Strong knowledge of offset lithographic, flexographic and digital printing processes and the requirements to be considered when developing artwork
Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and Interpersonal skills
Comfortable working on multiple projects under tight time constraints
Benefits

The Job You Will Perform
• Develop graphics, 3D conceptual renderings, production art, and mockups for all types of design projects.
• Have technical design proficiency preflightling art for print production.
• Work directly with sales, structural designers, project managers, art director and clients to understand creative requirements.
• Work independently, managing both creative content and work schedule to successfully complete requested tasks.
