This is a full-time position for an International Logistics Coordinator
The International Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods and materials globally
They will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
This role will involve day-to-day tasks such as coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, managing documentation, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate and monitor Import/Export and Ground operations
Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
Utilize Magaya Logistics Software to create and track shipments, manage inventory, and create reports
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations
Handle logistics-related issues, queries, and complaints promptly
Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs
