International Institutional Partner -(Revenue Sharing)
Job Description
Role Description
• Identify and connect with universities, colleges, educational institutions, and academic networks globally.
• Leverage existing institutional relationships to introduce Espiratia's certification programs, employability initiatives, corporate training, and academic collaborations.
• Schedule meetings with Vice Chancellors, Presidents, Rectors, Deans, Directors, Placement Cells, International Offices, Career Services, and other decision-makers.
• Present Espiratia's partnership models and institutional offerings.
• Negotiate and facilitate the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between institutions and Espiratia.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships rather than one-time engagements.
• Generate enrollments through institutional collaborations and ensure successful implementation of agreed programs.
• Coordinate with Espiratia's internal team during proposal preparation, onboarding, and program execution.
• Maintain regular communication with partner institutions to strengthen relationships and identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Represent Espiratia at educational conferences, seminars, networking events, and international education forums whenever required.
• Identify opportunities for joint certifications, faculty development programs, executive education, student exchange initiatives, research collaborations, internships, AI and employability training, and customized institutional solutions.
• Submit periodic reports on partnership progress, meetings conducted, opportunities created, and revenue generated.
Desired Profile
• Strong existing network with universities, colleges, higher education institutions, or educational organizations.
• Ability to connect with senior academic leadership and institutional decision-makers.
• Experience in educational partnerships, business development, international relations, admissions, university outreach, or institutional sales is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve partnership targets.
• Passion for expanding access to quality education and employability initiatives globally.
• Familiarity with higher education systems and institutional decision-making processes in your region.
• Professional, ethical, and result-oriented approach.
