Experience: Min. 06 Months BPO experience

Preferred Experience : BPO Hospitality(International Hotels ,Resorts) Background /Tech Support ( POS Knowledge)/Clinical background / Healthcare / Worked in Health care accounts
• Only international process experience will be considered

Qualification:
• Graduation / Undergraduation

Language Proficiency:

Excellent English Communication (Written Verbal)

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain records of interactions and follow up when necessary.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.

Shifts:
• Rotational Shifts
• 5.5 Days Working
• Cab facility available
