We are expanding our customer support teams and looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice & Chat Processes. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, this opportunity is for you!

1) US / AUS Banking – Voice Process
• Location: Malad / Thane
• Start Date: Immediate (Notice Period Candidates Accepted)
• Working Days: 5 Days a Week
• Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
• Transport: One-side transportation provided

Eligibility Criteria:
• HSC or Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of voice process experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• All documents are mandatory

Salary Package:

Base Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹40,000(Based on experience & last drawn CTC)

_ Retention Bonus _
• _ 1st 6 Months: ₹50,000_
• _ Next 6 Months: ₹50,000_
• _ OR ₹1,30,000 lump sum after 1 year_

2) US / UK / AUS Telecom Process – Chat / Voice
• Location: Thane / Vikhroli

Eligibility:
• HSC or Graduate
• Minimum 6+ months of experience preferred
• All documents mandatory (No approvals)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

Salary Range:

Freshers: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000

Experienced: ₹22,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience & last drawn CTC)

One-side transportation provided
