The international voice process team leader/assistant manager will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting contractual KPIs. Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a graduation in a related field, 1-3 years of relevant experience (banking - credit card preferred), and a strong understanding of banking products and services. Prior experience in the credit card domain is preferred.
