Responsibilities: International Calling II English Communication

Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as customer concerns and queries
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need
Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
Maintaining the monthly target and achievement report documents
