Ability to talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/ findings on patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with required accuracy.
Meet Compliance requirements like HIPPA etc.
Meet QMS and ISMS requirements
Meet productivity and quality standards Required
Skills: Sufficient written skills, spoken English skills and logical reasoning with a minimum typing speed of 20 wpm & +0% accuracy. Willingness to work in the night shift
Works with a relatively high level of supervision on simple and moderate task.
Would be taking limited actions to logical conclusion.
Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues and problems.

• Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
