Rotational shift.8 hours shift. Week Offs: Rotational week offs. 6-week offs in a month Work Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai(shifting to Vashi within 2 months) Location boundaries: AIROLI, VASHI, PANVEL, TALOJA PHASE 1 AND ULWE One side pick or drop facility is available as per the shift. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
