Job Opening: US Healthcare Process Executive (Voice Night Shift)
Location: Vashi-Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Shift: 7:30 PM to4:30 AM (US Shift)
Industry: US Healthcare BPO Experience: 6+ months

Role Overview:

Handle outbound/inbound calls for US healthcare services (Medicare, DME, Genetic Testing)

Generate & convert leads, maintain client records in CRM

Provide consultative support & drive business growth

Meet sales targets & qualify for monthly incentives

Requirements:

Min. 6 months experience in US Healthcare (Medicare/DME/Genetics)

Excellent English communication skills

Prior experience in international BPO (voice process) preferred

Strong sales, customer service & CRM handling skills
