Role Overview

Join our international contact center team as a Customer Service Representative. You’ll manage chat, and email support for overseas clients, ensuring quick solutions and excellent service.

Responsibilities
• Handle non-voice queries (chat, email)
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and guidance
• Document interactions in CRM tools
• Meet service metrics (accuracy, quality, turnaround time)
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve customer satisfaction
