- Audience Engagement : Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions, and interact with the online community.
- Analytics and Reporting : Regularly analyze social media analytics and KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Competitive Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and trends that can be leveraged.
- Content Calendar : Maintain a content calendar to schedule and organize social media posts in advance.
- Crisis Management : Develop and implement crisis management plans for social media to address any negative comments, controversies, or issues that may arise.
- Content Promotion : Share content through appropriate social media channels and collaborate with the marketing team for content promotion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, technical specifications and key selling points.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their capabilities.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
