The Role: Intern, Creator Campaigns
We are looking for an intern to join our team in New Delhi. This role is for someone who lives and breathes content and pop-culture, and is interested in learning about the creator ecosystem; someone who is constantly plugged into what’s trending, who the next big creator is, and how digital conversations evolve.
Key Responsibilities
• Stay on top of social, cultural, and creator trends across platforms, Instagram in particular.
• Identify and research creators across genres (travel, lifestyle, auto, fashion,entertainment, niche communities, etc.).
• Support the team in building creator shortlists for campaigns.
• Support in tracking and analysing ongoing creator campaigns.
• Help with outreach, coordination, and day-to-day campaign execution.
• Support in compiling reports, decks, and trend summaries for internal and client use.
• Assist in campaign ideation by contributing culturally relevant and trend-forward ideas.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, digital culture, and the creator/influencer ecosystem.
• Active user of platforms like Instagram and aware of current trends, creators, and viral content.
• Good research and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
• Prior internship or project experience in social media, influencer marketing is a plus (not mandatory).
