About the Company:
Located in the Whitby Oshawa area, this well-established construction firm requires a Intermediate Accountant to assist in all levels of accounting and finance.
About the Role:
• AR/AP/Payroll, including invoice preparation, issuance & vendor postings.
• Reconciling various accounts, credit card(s), bank accounts and monthly vendors statements.
• Post & maintain bookkeeping entries.
• Issue monthly vendor statements and follow up AR payments.
• Year End preparation of documents.
• General office admin tasks and supportive duties.
• Prepare CRA remittances, WSIB, etc.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Onedrive. etc.)
• Sage experience is an asset
• Have attention to detail.
