Job Description
Transforming homes into beautiful, functional and inviting spaces is a challenge that requires creativity and skill. As an Interior Stylist at Livspace, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop personalized design plans and mood boards that reflect each client's unique style
• Optimize furniture placement for functionality and aesthetics
• Select artwork, accessories, textiles and rugs that complement each room's design
• Create harmonious colour palettes that enhance the overall look and feel of each space
• Work within customer budgets to deliver designs that meet their needs and expectations
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and provide updates on project progress
• Lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables
• Drive sales closure by developing logical and trusted sales pitches and leading design meetings with customers
External Skills and Expertise:
• Hold a graduation or relevant diploma from a reputable institution
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer
• Have contributed to at least 5-6 turnkey or full home residential projects
• Have excellent knowledge of design tools such as PPT presentation and AutoCAD
• Have expertise in conceptual design including layout, style and mood boarding
• Have knowledge of materials, aesthetics and functionality as well as module planning
• Have sales expertise in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches and driving design meetings with customers
• Exhibit behavioral attributes such as being result-oriented, a team player, having integrity and ethics, crisp and meaningful communication and a willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members
