Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Interior Designer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor who is willing to travel to and stay at project sites outside Mumbai for extended durations. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects at outstation locations, ensuring quality, timelines, and coordination with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site execution of interior design and fit-out projects.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for timely task completion.
Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and drawings.
Monitor daily progress and report to the project/design team.
Ensure health and safety compliance at the site.
Handle material delivery, storage, and site inventory checks.
Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical matters when needed.
Conduct site measurements and support layout marking as per design.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision or fit-out projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to multiple project sites if required.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other drawing tools.
Experience with residential, commercial, or retail interiors.
Time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
