About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Interior Site Supervisor to take ownership of on-site execution across our live interior projects. You will be the person physically responsible for what happens on the ground - coordinating trades, driving quality, keeping projects on schedule, and keeping our design team aligned with site realities. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel across sites in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site execution across all live sites and serve as the primary point of accountability for work happening on the ground.
- Coordinate vendors and contractors at site level, including carpenters, fabricators, and other trades, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
- Drive quality control and timeline adherence, making sure all work matches the design intent and stays on schedule.
- Support the design team during delivery by flagging site realities back to designers, so drawings and on-site execution stay aligned.
- Manage multiple clients and sites simultaneously, handling client queries and objections professionally and resolving issues on site.
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in interior site supervision, execution, or a similar on-site role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between clients, designers, and trades.
- Comfortable travelling across Mumbai to visit and supervise multiple sites.
- Ability to handle multiple clients at once and manage client objections calmly and effectively.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to resolving on-site challenges.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
