Interior Project Manager for Luxury Interiors

Job description Job Overview We are looking for a seasoned Interior Project Manager to lead our luxury interior projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely project execution while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication and site visits. • Create and manage project schedules, resource allocation plans, and work closely with vendors to ensure seamless execution. • Conduct quality control checks as per industry standards and specifications. • Identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent project delays or setbacks. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure 100% adherence to Livspace's internal processes. • Maintain accurate records of site work and progress. • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores. Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Designing is essential. • Prior experience in interior project execution is highly desirable. • Candidates with site execution experience in premium projects, hotel projects, or luxury studios are preferred. • An eye for detail and a focus on quality are must-haves. • Able to read and interpret project schedules effectively. • Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a two-wheeler for site travel.
