The ideal candidate will coordinate with site teams, vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines. *Key Responsibilities* • Supervise day-to-day activities at project sites. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for project execution. • Monitor project progresses and ensures work is completed within deadlines. • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards. • Coordinate with project managers for planning, scheduling, and execution. • Manage site workforce and contractor activities. • Maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates. • Ensure smooth communication between client, vendor, and internal teams. *Skills Required* • Strong communication and coordination skills • Basic knowledge of construction and retail project execution • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects • Strong problem-solving and time management skills AutoCAD Quantity Surveying *Language Requirement (Mandatory)* Candidates must be able to communicate in: • Hindi • English • Local Language of the Job Location (Tamil / Telugu / Marathi as applicable) *Qualification* • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Site Supervision or Project Coordination • At least 2 years of experience in Retail Fit-Out Projects (Mandatory) *Additional Requirements* • Willingness to travel across India for project work • Ability to work in fast-paced retail project environments
