The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong foundation in interior design, material selection, sectional detailing, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This role is fit for someone seeking deep industry knowledge and exposure to design decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Working on concept designing to incorporate client requirements
Translating design ideas into workable design details
Work in AutoCad to develop detailed 2D designs, layouts, and drawings.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Communicate with vendors for material selection and coordination.
Assist in site execution, ensuring the implementation aligns with the design plan.
Skills and Qualities
Bachelors in Interior Design, Architecture or related field is a must.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a core designer is must
Software Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office is must
Preferred Skills: Photoshop, SketchUp
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Punctual, self-motivated, and takes ownership of tasks.
A team player with a collaborative mindset.
Compensation & Work Schedule:
25,000 to 33,000 per month (based on skillset)
Monday to Saturday, full-time, office-based role.
