Develop innovative design concepts informed by client needs, aesthetic preferences, and workplace trends
Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and industry partners to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions
Manage projects through all phases, including programming, schematic design, design development, and material/furniture specification
Provide expertise in aligning workplace design with client cultures, branding, and productivity goals
Communicate effectively with clients and partners to simplify the intricacies of workplace design and product selection

What We're Looking For
• Educational Background: A degree in Interior Design (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in commercial interior design is preferred.
