Role Description This full-time Interior Designer role at Decorum Interiors is a hybrid position based in Dewas, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards and presentations, and collaborate with clients to understand needs, budget, and preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing construction and interior drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained. The role also involves site visits, measuring and documenting spaces, reviewing samples, and monitoring project progress to align with timelines and quality standards. The Interior Designer will work closely with the team to maintain project documentation and support a seamless design and implementation process.
