Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, AI tools).
Understanding of architectural and construction principles.
Vendor Networks: Existing relationships with vendors and sourcing networks within Maharashtra will be an added advantage.,
