JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Work with the interior design team to develop design solutions.
2. Research concepts and materials to support the design team on technical issues influencing concept development.
3. Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
4. Prepare and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards, and other documents relating to the design.
5. Work to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion.
6. Work to deal with the management of junior & intermediate designers on the team.
7. Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects.
8. Prepare and participate in client presentations.
9. Select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes while keeping within budget.
10. Work to inspect the designs after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
Who can apply:
1. Confident and passionate about interior designing2. Proficiency in Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software3. Strong leadership, management & mentoring skills4. Knowledge of costing and preparing project commercials (BOQ, Discount)5. Strong interaction, communication, sketching & presentation skills expected.
Candidate Profile : Smart, Energetic, Responsible, Should be fluent in English, Presentable, Management Skills, Dedicated, and With a clear employment background

Qualification : 1. Diploma In Interior Designing. 2. Degree In Interior Designing.
