Role Description The Interior and Civil Site Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with a mix of on-site supervision and limited work-from-home tasks such as reporting and coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing interior and civil works at project sites, monitoring contractor activities, and ensuring work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines. The supervisor will manage daily site operations, track material usage, coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients, and verify that timelines and quality standards are met. The role also involves conducting site inspections, preparing progress reports, resolving on-site issues, and supporting project managers in planning and scheduling. The successful candidate will maintain effective communication with stakeholders, promote safe working practices, and help drive continuous improvement in site processes.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and proven experience in Site Supervision for interior and civil construction projects.
• Candidates should possess hands-on On Site experience, including monitoring daily activities and managing contractors and labor.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with the ability to check work against drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordination with clients, vendors, architects, and internal teams.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and basic project scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to use basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project reporting software) for documentation and coordination.
• Prior experience as a site supervisor or similar role in interior and civil works in Jaipur or comparable markets is an advantage.
