Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated front-end developer to join our growing company. You will work as part of a team to develop fast, well-tested, and performant code for various web and mobile applications using Vue.js. As a front-end developer, you will be expected to work with standard programming tools such as version control and deployment software, follow industry best practices, write tests for the code you write, and follow all applicable coding guidelines.
Your duties will include taking part in daily scrums, writing and developing modules for existing Vue applications, integrating Vue into existing projects, writing code and test cases, taking part in code review sessions, and using version control software to push and pull code for testing and deployment.
Responsibilities
• Developing user-facing applications using Vue.js.
• Building modular and reusable components and libraries.
• Test, update and optimize the application for performance and security.
• Implementing automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows.
Requirements
• Qualification: BTech/ MCA/ MTech
• Experience: 3 - 5 years.
• Highly proficient with Vue.js (2&3) framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM.
• Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript language, including its syntax and features.
• Working experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Good to have knowledge of React.js.
• Experience in consuming and designing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with automated JavaScript testing, specifically testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering.
• Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code.
• Should know how to build scalable web apps.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
• You should be able to take ownership, work collaboratively, and figure things out.
• Good problem-solving skills.
