Job Description
Position Title: Product Manager - Gold loans Department: CBG
Job Purpose
Gold Loan is one of the Flagship Products for DBS Bank and the job involves working in Gold Loan Product Team as one of the Senior Members owning the Product Initiatives and the entire gamut of Product Management Function covering Projects, Systems and Process Integration, New product launches, Budgeting, Audit & Compliance. This Job provides an opportunity to work closely with Senior Leaders and create Innovative solutions for generating new Business opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
• Own all key new initiatives from inception to launch (such key new initiatives could include New Product, New Product variant or Process/Channel Improvement).
• Co-ordinate with all country and regional stakeholders to ensure all new initiatives are delivered as per deadlines
• Manage End to End Gold Loan System Integration - including designing of SOPs /Customer & User Journeys and Working closely with Platform Owners to ensure smooth roll out.
• Proactively and regularly interact with Peers, Channels/ Branches to be updated with Market Intelligence and provide timely inputs on Latest developments.
• Handle all Internal as well as External Audit and Internal Governance related observations and requirements.
• Working closely with Finance and Other stakeholders on Product Profitability, Planning, Forecasts and Budgeting activity
• Streamline Gold Loan Processes to improve stakeholder Journey as well as Customer Journey
• Ownership of all Cross Sell Initiatives for the Gold Loan Vertical
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Handle Process Improvements, Customer Journey have Gold Loan Operations Expertise, experience in LOS/Finacle and handle System integration/enhancements
• handle all Internal Compliance/Audit/ Governance related queries/responses and updates to various stakeholders & compliances
• Support in preparation of Notes and Documents related to Forums & Committees
• Custodian of Budgets, Monitoring Portfolio Trends, monitor P&L and Costs
Required Experience
• 10-15 years of experience in Retail Banking/Product Management of Retail Assets/ and last experience of 5-7 years in Gold Loan Product Management
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Post-Graduation / MBA

• Strong domain knowledge in gold loans

Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint
