The Global Finance and Business Management Technology Center of Excellent (Tech CoE) team is involved in the design, development, maintenance, migration and production support of various automation solutions and data transformation tools using Python, UiPath, Alteryx, SharePoint, MS Access, VBA, Tableau, Qlik technology and similar tools. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing and developing solutions / tools primarily using Qlikview / Qliksense and implementing the solutions / tools within the finance organization. You will follow Agile framework to deliver these solutions and work closely with various finance operations teams to increase financial process efficiency and provide error-free results with minimum user intervention through automation. Every member of our development team works on a set of assigned projects with stakeholders and competes the development life cycle as per committed timelines.
Job responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders within the finance organization in India to understand and assess requirements and arrive at the designated solutions
Provide technical expertise and recommendations in gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing customer needs, and designing technical solutions
Develop, enhance, re-engineer, maintain & support QlikView/QlikSense applications along with Data transformation (ETL) & creation of QVD files
Implement best practice on dashboard building, data modeling & reporting techniques along with UI
Good communication skills to deliver technical insights and interpret data reports to the clients
Ensure appropriate technical documentation is prepared and maintained for the developed solution
Learn and upskill to other in-demand technology (e.g. Tableau, Python, R, Alteryx, etc.) as per team / business requirement
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution in related streams like Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.
3 to 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in financial services industry or finance organization
Hands-on experience on Qlik BI tools is a must. Experience of working on other visualization tools like Tableau would be preferred. Understanding of other ETL tools like Alteryx is desirable.
Should be open to learn and support Tableau based BI projects along with change management
Proficient understanding of Dashboard Development Lifecycle and good working experience of Agile Methodology
Basic knowledge of accounting / financial concepts and finance organization processes is beneficial

High degree of passion for application development, ability to rapidly learn and apply modern technologies to meet business goals is critical
Ability to analyze complex problems and business requirements and recommend innovative alternatives and solutions
Excellent communication & presentation skills and strong client partnership & stakeholder management skills
