Downer Professional Services is comprised of two business units, our Technical, Advisory, and Capability consulting practice and Team Downer, a major service partner to Defence. Together, we are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for our clients in Defence and National Security.
We currently have an opportunity for multiple Integrated Logistics Support Managers, based in ACT to work on NSSG Maritime Domain projects.
What You’ll Do
These roles offer a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including:
Set ILS strategy across multiple maritime programs
Provide governance and assurance of support solutions
Lead acceptance of contractor ILS deliverables
Provide authoritative advice to senior leadership
Optimise whole-of-life support and readiness outcomes
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain
Significant experience leading ILS or sustainment functions
Strategic leadership and decision-making capability
Strong understanding of Defence capability lifecycle
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum Baseline or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
