Job Summary - We are Looking for enthusiastic sales professionals to join our Tied Agency team. Following is the job description for the position.
Age – 24 to 50 yrs
Education – Only Graduate / Post- Graduate
Industry – Any Industry (BSFI, FMCG, Telecom, Insurance, FMCD etc.) but No Fresher
Sales Experience – Minimum 1 yr
Domicile - Only Localite candidates residing not beyond 15 Kms distance from work
CTC - Range – 2.40 lacs to 4 lacs p.a. + attractive incentive earning
Specific Responsibilities-
• This is 100% field sales job
• New Business to new / existing customer – selling Life insurance products of the company through Life Insurance Agents.
• Responsible for recruitment and management of Life Insurance Agents - Identify, recruit and manage Life Insurance Agents for the respective region
• Train and motivate Life Insurance Agents by providing products and market information of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.
• Monitor and review agents' performance. Help them achieve maximum business
• Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards
• Be an insurance solution provider for our customers
