Job Description – Sales Officer (Direct Channel)
Company Name: Axis Max Life Insurance
Role: Sales Officer – Direct Channel
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 Lakhs PA + Attractive Incentive + Travel Allowance (For Direct Channel)
CTC: Up to ₹4 to 5 Lakhs PA + Attractive Incentive + Travel Allowance (For Agency Channel)
Location: Pune (All Location branches) & Nashik also All over PAN India branches.
Job Summary
Axis Max Life Insurance is hiring Sales Officers for its Direct Channel. The role involves working with existing insurance customers to provide service support while driving upselling and cross-selling of life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and service existing insurance customers provided by the company
Upsell and cross-sell life insurance products to existing clients
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Meet assigned sales and service targets
Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings
Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of field sales experience
Experience in BFSI / Life Insurance / Insurance Sales is mandatory
Must be comfortable with field sales activities
Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from life insurance, banking, NBFC, BFSI or any field Sales.
