Remote – India | Supporting Canadian Operations
We are a Canadian insurance brokerage based in Brampton, Ontario, currently expanding our remote operations in India.
We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and motivated individual who is interested in developing a long-term career in the Canadian insurance industry. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident on the phone, learns quickly, and takes their work and responsibilities seriously.
Position Details
Job Title: Insurance Sales & Client Relations Specialist
Location: Remote / Work From Home – India
Work Schedule: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Employment: Full-Time
Probation: 3 Months
Your Role
As part of our remote team, you will work directly with clients and support our Canadian insurance operations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Speaking with clients by phone, email, and other communication platforms.
• Handling both incoming and outgoing client calls in a professional manner.
• Understanding clients' requirements and gathering the information needed for insurance quotes.
• Preparing quotes and clearly explaining available insurance options to clients.
• Following up with prospective customers and existing clients.
• Assisting with new insurance business as well as renewal-related inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate customer information and ensuring required documents are received.
• Keeping client records and CRM information complete and up to date.
• Providing professional and courteous customer service throughout the client experience.
• Following established company procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
• Working closely with our Canadian team to ensure clients receive timely and efficient service.
• Meeting established standards for communication, follow-up, quality, and performance.

Essential Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong Punjabi communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and handling frequent phone calls.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and other online tools.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and follow training.
• Able to work independently while remaining connected with the team.
• Reliable high-speed internet/Wi-Fi.
• Own laptop or computer suitable for full-time professional work.
• A quiet and dedicated home office/workspace.
• Ability to consistently work 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and time-management skills.
Education & Background
A Bachelor's degree is considered an asset.
Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required. We provide training to the right candidate. We are more interested in finding someone with strong communication skills, a professional attitude, the ability to learn, and a genuine desire to grow.
