Job Description
Premium Insurance Brokers Inc., a division of Oracle RMS, is a growing brokerage serving personal and commercial lines clients across Windsor-Essex. We're built on relationships, not just transactions — and we're looking for driven, licensed brokers who want to grow their book and their income without a ceiling.
What You'll Do
Prospect and develop new personal and commercial lines clients across Ontario
Provide tailored coverage recommendations across a broad market of insurers
Manage and retain your book of business with ongoing client support
Quote, bind, and service policies with the backing of an established brokerage
What We're Looking For
Active RIBO licence (required)
Proven track record in insurance sales — personal lines, commercial, or both
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with broker management systems an asset

Pay: $36,300.00-$120,000.00 per year
