Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Producer at Persis Insurance & Financial, a Farmers Insurance Agency, located in Canoga Park, CA. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for developing new client relationships, selling insurance products and services, and assisting clients in identifying their insurance needs. Key tasks include providing customer service, explaining policy options, preparing quotes, and ensuring compliance with state insurance regulations.

Qualifications
• Experience in Insurance Sales and understanding of the insurance industry
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and ability to explain various insurance plans effectively
• Time management and organizational skills
• State-required insurance licensing (Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health)
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
