This role is ideal for an insurance defense attorney with transportation experience seeking earlier responsibility, deeper case ownership, and meaningful trial exposure.
🔍 The Role
• Transportation-focused general liability defense 🚚
• Catastrophic injury, trucking, and commercial auto matters
• Lead discovery, take/defend depositions, and shape case strategy
• Progressive courtroom exposure and trial development ⚖️
👤 You Bring
• 2–6 years of insurance defense experience
• Direct transportation / trucking litigation exposure
• Strong motion practice and discovery management skills
• Georgia Bar preferred
• Self-directed, commercially minded litigator
