Fresh graduates with a strong foundation in chess
• Homemakers / housewives passionate about teaching children from home
• Professional tournament experience or FIDE rating is not mandatory for this role.
Teach beginner and early-intermediate chess to children starting from 6 to 16 years through live online sessions.
Explain chess concepts clearly using simple language, examples, and activities.
Engage students using puzzles, mini-games, and interactive discussions.
Conduct demo sessions to help parents understand the learning approach.
Interest in helping children enjoy and stick with chess.
Prior coaching or tournament experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Communication & Teaching Fit
Good spoken English
Ability to engage young learners in an online setting.
Willingness to learn and follow TalentGum’s structured curriculum and training.
Prior formal teaching experience is not mandatory. Training and lesson plans will be provided.
