Job Description: Aviation and Aerospace Instructor
Position Title: Aviation and Aerospace Instructor
Department: Aviation and Aerospace Education
Location: Remote locations India and Middle East Countries (On Demand)
Reports To: Department Head / Program Director
Position Summary: The Aviation and Aerospace Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students in the field of aviation and aerospace. This role involves developing and teaching curriculum, preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and ensuring that educational standards are met. The instructor will provide theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for students to succeed in various aviation and aerospace careers. Instructor are required to have previous experience or knowledge in the field of UAVs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Curriculum Development and Delivery:
• Develop and update course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, and instructional guides.
• Deliver lectures, presentations, and hands-on training sessions.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and tools to engage students and enhance learning.
2.Student Assessment and Evaluation:
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and practical exercises.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their academic and professional growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
3.Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure that all training activities comply with relevant aviation and aerospace regulations and standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure that safety protocols are followed in all training sessions.
4.Professional Development:
• Stay current with advancements in aviation and aerospace technology and education.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences.
• Contribute to the development of the program and institution by sharing expertise and experiences.
5.Student Support and Mentorship:
• Provide academic and career counseling to students.
• Mentor students in their academic and professional development.
• Assist students with job placement and career planning.
6.Administrative Duties:
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the program.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to enhance the educational experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department head or program director.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in the aviation or aerospace industry. Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as courses related to Aviation and Aerospace, or other industry-recognized credentials.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of aviation and aerospace principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement engaging and effective instructional materials.
• Proficiency with training simulators and other educational technologies.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Working Conditions:
• This position may require evening and weekend hours.
• Travel may be necessary for professional development or industry engagement.
• Location maybe remote both in India and Middle East Countries ( On Demand)
• This position includes a 3-month probation period for performance evaluation and alignment with our company goals
• The role may involve physical activity, including standing for extended periods and demonstrating practical skills
