Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented instructional designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing engaging, effective, and learner-centric educational content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and analyze content requirements.
2. Develop engaging and interactive course materials, including storyboards, scripts, and assessments.
3. Learning Articulate and creating interactive modules
4. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning experiences.
5. Use authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar) to develop eLearning content.
6. Test and review content to ensure clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
7. Update and revise existing learning materials based on feedback or curriculum changes.
8. Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning
