Key Responsibilities:
Apprenticeship Coordinator (Construction Skills Training)
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Apprenticeship Coordinator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of trainees under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between classroom learning and a long-term career
Beyond administrative compliance, you will be the primary mentor and motivator for construction worker trainees, guiding them through their initial training and inspiring them to build a permanent future with India’s leading construction organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. NAPS Compliance & Portal Management
Handle the end-to-end registration of construction trainees on the apprenticeshipindia.gov.in portal.
Ensure timely generation and activation of apprenticeship contracts in strict alignment with NAPS guidelines.
Conduct rigorous KYC verification (Aadhaar, Bank details, Education certificates) to ensure 100% compliance during enrollment.
2. Trainee Mentorship & Motivation
L&T Career Advocacy: Actively counsel trainees on the growth trajectory within L&T, highlighting how a successful apprenticeship can lead to a stable, long-term career in the construction industry.
Retention Management: Monitor trainee morale and engagement. Implement retention strategies to minimize drop-outs during the training phase.
Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for trainees to resolve queries regarding contracts, portal logins, and stipend issues.
3. Language & Communication
Regional Engagement: Interact with construction trainees in their regional language to ensure they fully comprehend the terms of their apprenticeship, safety protocols, and the financial benefits of NAPS.
On-Ground Support: Bridge the communication gap between the institute’s technical trainers and the trainees to ensure a smooth learning experience.
4. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain an error-free MS Excel tracker for daily attendance, contract status, and trainee progress.
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports highlighting enrollment numbers, retention rates, and contract completion status
Pay: ₹10,078.89 - ₹24,838.22 per month
