Job Description
Job Responsibilities – Site Supervisor (Furniture Installation)
Supervise and manage on-site installation work for furniture projects (mainly wooden/retail fixtures).
Handle a team of carpenters, helpers, and installers; ensure proper task allocation and discipline.
Read and understand drawings and layouts; guide the team accordingly on site.
Ensure quality of installation as per company standards and approved designs.
Coordinate with production team, designers, and clients for smooth execution.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely project completion.
Handle site measurements, corrections, and adjustments during installation.
Ensure proper material handling and usage to avoid damage or wastage.
Maintain daily site reports, updates, and photographs for tracking.
Resolve on-site issues, client concerns, and coordination gaps immediately.
Ensure safety practices and proper use of tools and equipment at site.
Manage final finishing, snag closure, and handover of the project.
