Job Description
What You'll Do:
Lead and execute the on-site installation, commissioning, and validation (IQ/OQ) of advanced Hi-Purity water systems.
Manage projects involving technologies such as Ultrafiltration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Electro-deionization (EDI), Demineralization (DM), Disinfection systems, and Hot Water Sanitizable RO schemes.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of complete PW and WFI generation, storage, and distribution loops.
Ensure all work adheres to cGMP principles and aligns with ISPE/ASME BPE guidelines.
Troubleshoot technical issues during commissioning and handover phases.
Complete necessary documentation for Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) at client sites, ensuring successful plant handover.
What You Bring:
A Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
5-7 years of hands-on experience specifically in the installation and commissioning of Hi-Purity water systems (PW, WFI).
In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies: UF, RO, EDI, DM, Disinfection, Storage & Distribution loops, Hot Water Sanitization.
Strong understanding of cGMP and familiarity with ISPE/ASME BPE guidelines.
Proven ability to perform IQ/OQ activities independently at client locations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
