Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Inside Sales Support role located in Delhi, India. The Inside Sales Support will assist the sales team in generating leads, conducting cold calls, and setting up meetings. They will also coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt delivery and resolution of customer issues and will maintain records of all customer interactions.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in sales support or customer service
• Excellent communication skills and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
