We are setting up a business development/Inside sales team based in India to penetrate North America markets. You will be part of a high potential network within the Mindtree group that gives ample learning opportunities for growth and build career for a global technology sales front.
• You will be playing a critical role in building a healthy pipeline with highly qualified opportunities in specific vertical.
• Develop and execute campaigns (combination of calling & emails) to sell across Retail and CPG portfolio.
• Nurture prospective customer base, engage them through webinars, sharing of relevant case studies and whitepapers from the repository.
• Build a healthy pipeline filling the top of the funnel with prospect exploratory calls, Meetings through to generating interests.
• Work closely with the geo sales teams.
• Have a deep understanding of Retail and CPG industry to address customer’s objectives.
• Collaborate with the Pre-sales, Solutions & Product teams to feed customer interests.
Must have:
• 2– 5 years working in Business Development or Inside Sales functions.
• Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent.
• Experience in selling Software Products / SaaS or Solutions to global markets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quota Quarter-on- Quarter & Year-on-Year.
• Ability to network with C-levels, VP-levels and Director-levels in Fortune 1000 enterprises.
• Ability to qualify opportunities raising the probability of closures.
Add on:
• Experience in selling Digital, Cloud transformation and Data driven journey.
• Experience in closing deals in-person or remotely.
• Services / Product selling experience will be an advantage with Retail and CPG.
• Have a good understanding of the competitive landscape.
