We are looking for a motivated, energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Calgary. In this role, you will handle a healthy mix of warm incoming inquiries, customer follow-ups, and occasional proactive outreach (cold calling) to help us find and secure new business opportunities.
If you are a resilient communicator who loves building relationships and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to make things happen, this is the perfect spot for you.
What You’ll Do:
Connect: Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads via phone and email.
Consult: Understand customer needs and match them with the right products/services.
Close: Guide customers through the buying process and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Manage: Keep our CRM updated with clean data and accurate notes.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1+ years of sales, customer service, or retail experience (inside sales experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right attitude!).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence.
Drive: A self-motivated attitude with a genuine desire to hit targets and make money.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM software
