Overview:
We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and be responsible for lead generation and development.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
Technical Skills:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos to prospects
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Proactiveness
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Added Advantage:
- Microsoft, Sophos, Adobe, VMware, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Solar winds OEM product sales
- Services Selling, software products, hardware products
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree with technical background or related field
- Experience – 2 to 5 years
- Location – Pune
- Key Skills:
High Volume, Cross Selling, CRM, Sales and Marketing, Deal Closing, Outbound Calling, Inside Sales.
