We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Project Coordinatorto join our Edmonton team.
Position Overview
The Inside Sales & Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting mechanical and civil projects from initial quotation through completion. This position requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to read and interpret mechanical and civil drawings, and experience performing material take-offs for waterworks and plumbing systems.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands construction and infrastructure project workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret mechanical and civil drawings
Perform accurate material take-offsfrom project plans and specifications
Prepare detailed quotations for mechanical, civil, waterworks, and plumbing projects
Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales
Process sales orders and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams
Track project timelines and ensure materials are delivered on schedule
Provide technical product support to contractors, engineers, and project managers
Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Support the outside sales team with pricing and project coordination
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experiencein inside sales within mechanical, civil, waterworks, or plumbing supply
Experience in waterworks and/or plumbing sales
Strong knowledge of mechanical and civil product applications
Proven ability to read and interpret civil drawings(required)
Experience performing detailed material take-offs
Solid understanding of construction and infrastructure project processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
