Inside Sales Head - IT Services for India market
This role will be responsible for managing and scaling the Company's inside sales function for the India business. This role will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives, drive lead generation and qualification, ensure pipeline quality, and work closely with field sales teams to support revenue growth across IT services and technology solutions.
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Head – IT Services for India role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Head will lead and manage an inside sales team focused on selling IT services, driving revenue growth, and expanding the firm’s client base across India. Daily activities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing pipelines and forecasts, and ensuring disciplined follow-up on leads and opportunities. The role involves collaborating with delivery, IT, and consulting teams to align sales proposals with service capabilities, preparing and presenting tailored pitches, and negotiating commercial terms. The Inside Sales Head will monitor sales performance, refine processes, coach and train team members, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8-10 years of experience in services sales, preferably in managed services, enterprise technology, IT services, cloud services, AI, applications, database, systems, or digital transformation solutions.
