Inside Sales Executive (Tamil)
Job Description
Lead Management: Proactively call and engage with generated leads to introduce our mud interlock bricks.
Product Expertise: Clearly explain the features, benefits, and advantages of mud interlock bricks (e.g., cost savings, thermal properties, eco-friendliness, speed of construction) to potential customers.
Customer Engagement: Share detailed product information, brochures, and pricing through WhatsApp and other digital channels.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, including individual home builders, contractors, architects, and developers.
Sales Cycle Management: Guide customers through the sales process, address queries, overcome objections, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Deal Closure: Secure advance payments and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in a CRM system (or equivalent).
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Direct Sales, preferably within the Building Materials (e.g., cement, tiles, paint, bricks) or Real Estate/Home Improvement sectors.
Language: Fluent in Tamil (native speaker) and proficient in English (written and spoken) for professional communication and documentation.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business for customer communication and sharing media.Familiarity with CRM software or lead management tools.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet browsing).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and presentation abilities.
High level of self-motivation, discipline, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
