Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.
Follow up on new sales enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and production teams for order processing and customer updates.
Prepare and share quotations, product information, and other sales-related documents.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for pending quotations and order confirmations.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
