Job Role:
We are hiring 4 enthusiastic female Inside Sales Associates who are passionate about wellness and customer service. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions from our product range.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product queries, order placement, and recommendations.
• Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable skincare or wellness products.
• Record and update customer information in CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Share product feedback and customer insights with the marketing team.
Requirements:
• Female candidates only (immediate joiners preferred).
• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
• Interest in skincare and wellness products is an advantage.
• Comfortable with using basic computer applications and CRM tools.
